Rural Stirling Housing Association is currently open throughout the lunchtime period. Staff currently take lunch breaks at different times between 12:00pm and 2:00pm. We are proposing to introduce a daily lunchtime closure and would welcome your view. Under this proposal, the office and phone lines would close between 12:30pm and 1:30pm each day. This would provide more predictable opening times, and you would know when our team is more likely to be available to assist you. During the lunchtime closure, you can still leave a voicemail, and messages will be prioritised when the office reopens, as with our Wednesday morning closure. We welcome your feedback.
