Repairs in New Build Properties

In the first year of a new development, the contractor who built the property remains responsible for any defect issues [also known as the Defect Liability Period (DLP)]. 
During office hours: these defects should be reported to the Association – we will then pass to the contractor and monitor progress.  The contractor will arrange access directly with the tenant. 
Out-of-hours (Emergencies): tenants should call the Contractor directly.   An emergency is when there is no heat, no hot water or if their safety or security is at risk). Details of current contacts for properties are listed on the  repair-service page of this website.
